Summer Game Fest is one of the upcoming E3 alternatives that will roll out over the course of the summer. These all-digital events give fans a chance to see and play many of the same trailers and demos that would have been at E3. Of course, not everything will be there (particularly the early demos), but it’s still a great way to give fans a close facsimile of E3. The Summer Game Fest’s website went live recently. The schedule is already full of a few neat events, with more coming in the next few weeks. Give it a look below.

Again, the calendar is just starting to fill out. Thus far, the only things happening in May are tomorrow’s Inside Xbox event and a surprise game reveal with Geoff Keighley on May 12. In a normal year, journalists would be in the thick of E3 Judge’s Week, which is when several of the biggest games at the show are seen for the first time. It will be interesting to see if those types of games make their first appearance at either of these events.

June 9 brings the start of the Steam Game Festival, which lets players download demos for upcoming games on Steam. Following that, we get a double-dose of content on June 11. Cyberpunk 2077 is holding a “special broadcast” and EA is doing their yearly EA Play event. July only has one thing on the calendar thus far, with Tennoncon 2020 happening on July 11. That’s the yearly Warframe convention, for those out of the loop. The final thing on the calendar is Geoff Keighley’s Gamescom: Opening Night Live on August 24. However, this calendar is sure to fill up quickly in the coming weeks.

The Summer Game Fest kicks off tomorrow with Inside Xbox. Make sure to check back here for all the biggest news out of the Microsoft camp.
