Once again, another publisher has unveiled its lineup of games ahead of Gamescom later this month and this time around it’s Square Enix’s turn.

Amongst the publisher’s western titles that will be present in Cologne, this year’s upcoming release of Just Cause 4 won’t be available for play but an exclusive demo will be shown. On the playable front, next month’s release of Shadow of the Tomb Raider will be available for demos. Lastly, Life is Strange 2 will be making its debut at Gamescom and fans will be able to learn more about the game while also being able to go hands-on.

On the Japanese front, Final Fantasy XIV will also return to the show with the soon-to-be-released Dragon Quest XI also coming. By far Square’s biggest title at Gamescom will be that of Kingdom Hearts III, which will contain two playable demos for players to choose between: the Rock Titan boss fight from Hercules or the Toy Box world from Pixar’s Toy Story. As someone who played both demos at E3, I’d recommend the Toy Box as it allows for more actual gameplay, though the Rock Titan fight is pretty awesome and cinematic as well.

In addition to this main booth featuring all of the aforementioned games available for play or show, Square Enix will also have their own merchandise and music booths which will allow you to purchase gear or signed records related to some of Square’s properties.

Gamescom is two weeks away and will take place from August 21 until August 25.
