A little over a month after initially being unveiled, Capcom today has released a new trailer for the remake of Resident Evil 3 and it continues to look stellar.
After being largely absent in the game’s reveal trailer, Nemesis is the main feature here in today’s new video for Resident Evil 3 and he looks awesome. The trailer, which is about 90 seconds in total, shows off a variety of different instances of Nemesis chasing after Jill Valentine and others. We see him equipped primarily with a flamethrower in this trailer but based on additional images from Capcom, we also know that’ll he’ll also come armed with his classic rocket launcher as well.
In short, I didn’t think I could be much more excited for Resident Evil 3 than I already was, but this new trailer has sold me even more than I already was. Nemesis, while having received a somewhat subtle makeover in this remake, looks just as terrifying here as he did in the original game all those years ago. I struggle to think of what my stress levels will be like having Nemesis stalk me throughout this entire game, but I’m looking forward to the experience all the same, even if I do have to wear a diaper while playing.
