While details are still light, Rockstar confirmed today that both of their gigantic online games are set to get brand-new updates soon. The developer recognizes that more people than ever are at home right now. Thus, they’re working hard to get new content out for GTA Online and Red Dead Online. Players should expect “massive” content drops in the coming weeks.

Red Dead Online fans will be happy to learn that a huge update is coming on July 28. This introduces a new Frontier Pursuit that lets players take on a brand new role. Of course, it also comes with a new Outlaw Pass that includes tons of new things to unlock. And, as you’d expect plenty of community-driven fixes.
On the GTA Online front, there is a summer update on the way. However, the team didn’t have much to share just yet. All we know is that they’re bringing “diverse new content” into the game. Hopefully, we’ll find out soon exactly what that content is.
This is far from the end of the two games. Rockstar has big plans for later in the year as well. Red Dead Online is set to get an overhauled version of a current role. Meanwhile, GTA Online will receive its “biggest ever update”, which includes a brand-new Heist. Considering those are the best part of the game, I can’t wait to see what they dream up next.
