After hearing rumors earlier this week, Bethesda confirmed as much today and announced at QuakeCon that both RAGE and DOOM will be added to Xbox Game Pass.

RAGE originally launched back in 2010 and released on Xbox 360, PS4, and PC while DOOM released just a few years back on Xbox One, PS4, PC, and later Switch. Both games have both officially joined the service as of today and serve as good ways to experience these predecessors before their respective sequels arrive.

Personally, I have never played RAGE but it coming to Xbox Game Pass definitely makes me interested in giving it a shot, especially since I enjoyed what I played of the sequel at E3. As far as DOOM goes, I absolutely adore that game and I implore you to give it a shot if you haven’t done so yet. In fact, I might just dive back into it this weekend for myself now that I can download it on my Xbox One for free.

For more on today’s QuakeCon happenings, be sure to check out the new gameplay footage of the sequels to both of these games. DOOM Eternal and RAGE 2 both received new trailers today which you can watch right now.
