Overwatch: Ashe Deadlock Challenge Release Date

Guides, Originals, Overwatch, PC, PS4, PS5, Shooter, Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series X | S

Finally, the time has come for us, Ashe fans, to enjoy an exclusive Ashe-themed event in Overwatch. And the first thing you need to know is the Ashe Challenge Deadlock release date. The second? There’s a new skin on the way.

Although Ashe is relatively new to the Overwatch roster, she has been one of my most favorite heroes in the game so far. The most interesting thing about Ashe is her balanced abilities. A precise shotgun, throwable dynamites, and the ability to perform a high jump make her an ideal pick. Oh, and don’t forget about BOB, who is onto something big this time around.

Recently, Blizzard revealed an upcoming limited-time event, and the moderators of the event are two familiar faces: Ashe and B.O.B.

As you would guess, this is an Ashe-themed event that will introduce a brand new skin for Ashe as well.

Ashe Deadlock Challenge Release Date

The last thing we know about the challenge is its release date. As per Blizzard, the challenge starts on June 22 and will be available until July 5.

It’s yet to be seen what other features the new challenge is supposed to add to the game, but a new Legendary Ashe skin is on top of the fans’ expectation list.

Despite supporting Overwatch with new content, Blizzard is now busy working on the sequel to its hero-based multiplayer shooter. Overwatch 2 was expected to be released in 2022, but after the recent departure of Jeff Kaplan from the development team, it seems the game will be around sometime beyond 2022.

Overwatch is now available on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
