Bandai Namco published a new story trailer for My Hero One’s Justice 2, showing the game’s various modes and how it retraces parts of Kouhei Horikoshi’s popular shonen. Some of the new playable characters in this sequel are featured as well.

My Hero One’s Justice 2 got a Mission mode, which feels kinda similar to a career mode in a sports game. You need to raise your hero agency, scout new talent, earn money and complete missions with a three-characters team. Then you’ve got the usual arcade mode, something every fighting game has unless they’re called Street Fighter V. Lastly, you can customize your online profile to brag to your friends.

The story mode is presented like a full-color animated manga, which might be pretty cool if you’re into the series. The story mode is also divided into a hero part and a villain part, something that would make anyone with great taste in video games remember the best 3D Sonic game ever.

My Hero One’s Justice 2 is launching on March 13, 2020, on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. Via Steam. As I endlessly ponder why this isn’t called My Hero Academia One’s Justice 2, you can watch the trailer:

My Hero One’s Justice 2 was announced back in September 2019. You can catch the first trailer and the first screenshots here. Bandai Namco published another trailer at New York Comic-Con in October. More screenshots and details on the game’s technical differences between consoles were shared too.
