In a few weeks, the sequel to the popular open-world RPG, Middle-earth: Shadow of War, will let Hobbit and Lord of the Rings fans explore the orc-infested region of Mordor in another adventure. A new live-action trailer exemplifies the unique gameplay of Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and Monolith Productions newest title.
The new Neil Huxley (Avatar, Watchmen) directed interactive trailer called Campaign That Never Forgets recreates the “award-winning” Nemesis System letting viewers choose they will save one of your allies or slay a leader of an Orc army. Both include several options to choose from with different endings.
In the Monolith Productions developed open-world RPG, Middle-earth: Shadow of War follows the events that occurred in the series’ last entry, Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor. Talion makes his returns with his elvish spirit ally, Celebrimbor, in a new adventure within the volcanic plains. The series is known for the Nemesis System which allows players to either garner a following of soldiers or fierce enemies from the Orc armies that populate Mordor.
Middle-earth: Shadow of War will be available for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC on October 10. You can check out our preview of the upcoming Lord of the Rings open-world RPG to see what we thought of the game.
