Josh Fairhurst, owner of the ever popular Limited Run Games, has made quite the announcement on his official Twitter account. It seems that over the course of five years, the company has crossed the 2,500,000 physical games sold mark:

The company provides an important service — not only in creating amazing physical collector editions for indie titles, but also in giving indie titles the opportunity to be preserved in a physical version. A chance they would normally not have otherwise. It’s wonderful to see how successful Limited Run Games has been in this regard as they hit such a huge sales milestone.

Recent titles that have been released under the company include the Monkey Island Anthology Collection, the Shantae Collection (including the first title dating back to the Gameboy Color), Blaster Master Zero and Blaster Master Zero 2, Divinity: Original Sin 2, and more.
