Last February, God Eater 3‘s producers at Bandai Namco commented that they’re listening to those willing to play God Eater 3 on the go, on the Switch, and now it actually happened. God Eater 3 will be released on Nintendo Switch on July 12.

Pre-orders are open now, and those who do pre-order will receive bonus costumes of Estelle and Yuri from Tales of Vesperia, which recently got a “definitive edition”, also available on Switch. The costumes are exclusive to the Switch version of God Eater 3 and won’t be added on other platforms.

A new trailer showing the game running on Switch was published by Bandai Namco, you can find it below. Four players with their own Switch and own copy of the game can play together for some quality time with human contact. And like with the other versions of the game, we’ll also be able to play missions with up to eight players by getting online.

God Eater 3 launched on PC and PS4 on February 8, and a few months before in Japan. The game is getting regular updates adding new content and missions. The newest update, 1.30, should be coming soon and include new story parts taking place after the game’s ending. It’ll also add new characters, new Burst Arts, new costumes and more.  You can read our review to learn more about God Eater 3. You can take a look at the Yuri and Estelle costumes below as well.
