The NBA is officially arriving in Fortnite, with new skins, challenges and Team Battles to keep players busy. There will also be new locker bundles personally selected by NBA legends.
This won’t be the first time Fortnite has treated fans to a sport themed crossover, just recently Brazillian soccer star Neymar Jr received his very own Fortnite skin. Check out the trailer below if you’re yet to discover the popular skin.

NBA Team Battles
Fortnite’s NBA Crossover Event kicks off on May 19 for 5 days until May 23. All players need to do is visit the Fortnite x NBA Team Battle Website, sign up, and join their favourite NBA team to earn in-game rewards and V-Bucks.
Unfortunately, only 15,000 members can join per team, so you’ll need to be quick if you want to earn rewards.

Fortnite x NBA Skins
The new NBA Team Battles isn’t the only new NBA themed content coming to Fortnite, there are brand new skins for players to get their hands on.

There’s no official word yet on how these skins will be obtained, but expect them to appear in the Fortnite Item Shop on May 21.
