Friday Night Funkin has been quite an impressive experience for all the players since its launch. It could be even more interesting with the FNF Neo mod, a big overhaul for the entire game.

Have you ever watched the Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World movie? Probably Friday Night Funkin is the best translation of the movie into a video game after the film’s official game that was launched earlier this year.

What is Included in the FNF Neo Mod?

As the developer explains, it’s a huge overhaul for the entire game. Expect new characters, new backgrounds, and even new songs in this unofficial version of the game.

The main goal of the mod is to give a more futuristic look and add some custom-written songs. Hopefully, the mod has received two updates by now, which removes some of the bugs and fixes a bunch of technical issues.

How to Install the Mod

The only thing you need to do is to head over to this page and download the mod based on your operation system – Mac or Windows. The mod contains an executable file, running which will directly take you to the Neo version.

Friday Night Funkin is now available for free on PC. Hopefully, this is an open-source project, which means everyone can modify the files and publish various mods for the game. A sequel for the game is supposed to be released in 2022, after experiencing a successful Kickstarter campaign.
