  • It contains an update to internal data storage processes.

As mentioned earlier, the patch notes don’t show anything special that users could feel in the game.

Following Madden 22, FIFA 22 will be the second Electronic Arts title that costs $69.99 on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. According to the developer, the 9th-gen version of the game will feature the brand new HyperMotion technology that allows the engine to produce realistic animations.

This technology will also be available on Stadia but PC will still get to play the last-gen version of the game.

FIFA 21 is now available on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, Stadia, and PC. The successor to the game, FIFA 22, will be launched on the aforementioned platforms on October 1 this year.
