Are you looking for the most optimal way to spend your time in Fallout 76? Well, Reddit user u/alexananiev has you covered with their helpful nutrition guide for Fallout 76.

On their website, Nukes & Dragons, you can select your meals by categories — S.P.E.C.I.A.L.s, Bonuses, Resistance, Recovery, and Damage. Once you select the category, you can scroll through and combine all of the food options to see what exactly you are improving and by how much. From Radrat Steak to Tato Salad Surprise, a great number of dishes in Fallout 76 are here with a complete nutritional breakdown for each dish.

What’s more helpful is how you get a “grocery list” of all of the required ingredients. You can combine as many dishes as you want as well. Say you wanted a Mirelurk Egg Omelette, Corn Soup, and Radscorpion Egg Omelette; you would get a list calling for one Mirelurk egg, one Radscorpion egg, three pieces of wood, one boiled water, and one corn. It’s really that simple, so you can ditch the old method of digging for materials and use this site to make your time in the wasteland a little more manageable.

Nukes & Dragons also have a character build planner as well, so you can really figure out how you want to build up your character’s S.P.E.C.I.A.L. skills. Note, that u/alexananiev noted that this feature is still in development so stay tuned for future updates. Also worth noting that not every dish is in the guide, but only the dishes u/alexananiev was able to find.

Either way, this guide takes out one of the biggest chores in Fallout 76 and we hope even more guides could maybe surface alongside Nukes & Dragons. In other Fallout news: Fallout 76 is getting a new PvP mode, called Survival, that just hit beta. The new mode is separate from the main adventure and features level scaling and balancing. Players who kill opponents in the mode earn a chance at earning double caps and loot that carries into the main adventure.

You can pick up Fallout 76 for PC, PS4, and Xbox One on Amazon if you haven’t picked up the online RPG already.
