If you’re planning on attending E3 2019 in Los Angeles this summer, then now seems like a good time to start getting hyped. Earlier today, the Entertainment Software Association (ESA) released the first official floor plans for the showcase and it shows off where most publishers and developers will be located, although there are still some surprises left it seems.

On the South Hall side of the Los Angeles Convention Center, we have the normal publishers like 2K, Bethesda, Square Enix, Capcom, Ubisoft, and more. Over on the West Side, however, things are pretty different than how they were in previous years. Because Sony isn’t at the show in any capacity this year, there’s now a bunch of space open to other publishers and devs. This means that the floor space across from Nintendo is now almost completely filled.

While at first glance there doesn’t seem to be out of the ordinary, CharlieINTEL pointed out that Activision doesn’t have a booth on the show floor this year, which is highly unusual. The publisher does have meeting rooms reserved for the press and they’ll be taking part in the E3 Coliseum to show off the new Call of Duty, but it doesn’t seem like anything is available for public play this time around. I guess we’ll just have to wait and see for the show to find out all the details.

For those that don’t know, E3 2019 will be held from June 11 – 13. DualShockers will, of course, be on site during the convention to cover all the newly announced games.
