After its release earlier this year on consoles and PC, Dragon Ball FighterZ is making its way over in portable form to the Nintendo Switch as we learned last week during E3 2018, and now Bandai Namco has unveiled when the game will be available to blast Kamehamehas on the go.

Publisher Bandai Namco Entertainment has announced that Dragon Ball FighterZ will officially be coming to the Nintendo Switch in Japan on September 27th, 2018, followed the day after by its release in the Americas on September 28th, 2018.

Alongside the confirmation of the game’s release date on Switch, Bandai Namco also detailed that a special pre-order offer will be in place exclusively for the Switch version. Specifically, pre-orders of the Switch version of Dragon Ball FighterZ will also include a free copy of the SNES-era DBZ fighting game Dragon Ball Z: Super Butoden (“the classic Japanese version,” according to Bandai Namco), along with early access to both SSGSS Goku and Vegeta as playable fighters.

Dragon Ball FighterZ is currently available on PS4, Xbox One, and PC, and will be heading to the Nintendo Switch in September.
