Monster Hunter Stories 2: Multiplayer And Coop
Monster Hunter Stories 2 offers both PvP and co-op multiplayer modes.
The co-op mode is available online only where two players can take on monsters with their Monsties and acquire Monstie eggs. So it requires both the players to own their own system and game.
In Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin, the PVP mode from the original game will return as the Versus Battle mode. This means you will be able to conduct a faceoff between your team of Monsties against other players in intense battles that can support up to four players.
How To Unlock Multiplayer Mode In MH Stories 2
It is to be noted that the multiplayer mode in Monster Stories Hunter 2 is not available right away. But there aren’t any pre-requisites for it. It simply unlocks as you progress through the main story and you will be notified right away when it does. There will also be a tutorial page to explain how it works.
So don’t worry if you don’t see the multiplayer mode right away when you start the game.
