Publisher 1C Company has shared an announcement trailer for Devil’s Hunt. Developed by Layopi Games, this action game will send players to hell and back in a battle between Demons and Angels. The game is based upon the Polish novel Equilibrium by Paweł Leśniak who founded Layopi Games in order to turn the book’s story into a game.
In Devil’s Hunt, players become Desmond, a man with demonic powers who will either become this world’s savior or destroyer in the battle between Heaven and Hell. He can transform himself into the forms of both demon and human, as both have useful skills, but ultimately he will have to choose which side he will follow.
The brief trailer showcases a demonic hellscape as Desmond transforms his arm into a burning claw of destruction and laments over either saving a world that cannot be saved or destroying a world that cannot be destroyed.
Devil’s Hunt will be released in 2019 for PC, Xbox One, and PS4. You can check out the announcement trailer below.
