Demon Gaze II Allows Players to Change the Appearance of Characters From Moe to Fantasy

Demon Gaze II is the newest Experience Inc. dungeon crawler to come west for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita, published by NIS America. In the past, the developer has experimented with alternative looks for characters in their games and Demon Gaze II is no exception.

During the campaign, players will add demon girls to their party. Although each of these demons are unique, the developer allows players to choose an alternative avatar for them in the showers. By changing the appearance of the demons, players will see that the characters can change from a moe-anime style to a more dark-artistic style with the press of a button.

Throughout the game, I played with the feature often and used the alternative styles for a handful of characters. This feature doesn’t benefit the player in terms of higher stats, but it does add a new layer of customization in a game where you will be spending over 30 hours with these party members, so why not change their look up a bit.

Demon Gaze II is a first person dungeon crawling RPG. The game features a large cast of characters and a story centered around a revolution. At the head of the revolution is the player, a new demon gazer who has lost their memory and must capture areas around town in around to spread the word of the revolution.
