After several years of anticipation, the upcoming open-world action game Days Gone is finally about to come to PS4 owners later this week. With the game officially set to launch on PS4 this Friday, if you’re looking to start building up your excitement to take down Freaker hordes, you can start listening to the game’s soundtrack to tide you over until later this week.

The full original soundtrack for Days Gone has officially been released on a variety of digital music platforms and streaming services, with the album now available on storefronts like iTunes, Google Play, and Spotify.

The soundtrack, which is composed by Nathan Whitehead, features 25 original tracks and encompasses a variety of the action and suspense that players will have to take on in the post-apocalyptic Pacific Northwest as the main character, the biker Deacon St. John.

Having recently played portions of the game at PAX East 2019, I’m certainly there with many others that have been looking forward to the release of Days Gone since it was first unveiled at E3 2016. Though I had some hesitations about some of its gameplay, the world of the game has me intrigued and from what I’ve listened to of the soundtrack so far, it sounds extremely complementary to the action that will unfold in the full game. Luckily, we don’t have too much longer to wait until the full game’s release later this week.

Days Gone will release exclusively for PS4 on April 26, 2019. If you’re looking to pick up the game for its release later this week, there is still time to pre-order the game over on Amazon. Otherwise, you can start listening to the game’s soundtrack below via Spotify:
