While there is still no official launch date announced for Cyberpunk 2077, everyone the internet over is looking for signs and indications of when the game will release. In fact, we don’t even know if the title is due to launch next year or some point further in the future. However, a brand new financial report from Polish investment firm Vestor Dom Maklerski believes they know that release window: Q4 2019.

The snippet comes from CD Projekt’s stock analysis from Vestor Dom Maklerski, the specific document you can view here. In case you aren’t casually a Polish translatory, Reddit user dr4kun (who claims to be a native Polish speaker and translator) provides the following translation:

The first bolded paragraph seems to detail —according to dr4kun’s translation into this source— information such as CD Projekt’s stock value dropping 33% but with it correlating with a general drop of 20% within the whole sector it isn’t justified. We can also see some mentions on Gwent Thronebreaker sales being below expectations, and Gwent being too early too tell.

There’s also talk about Red Dead Redemption 2 and God of War’s success, indicating that there is a large market for single-player AAA games and that Cyberpunk 2077 could be a huge success. So while there’s a lot of information on this document, the main bit we’re focusing on here is “We are maintaining our assumption of a release on Q4 2019 and around 19m sale in a release quarter.”

However, keep in mind that this is a financial analysts opinion — different from a financial report that companies CD Projekt typically circulate. With that in mind, you can keep this all with a large grain of salt, given that financial analysts frequently make missteps in their bullish predictions.

Cyberpunk 2077 has previously been slated to be aiming to match Red Dead Redemption 2 in terms of quality, and we’ve seen the first gameplay footage earlier this year. We also interviewed Quest Designer Patrick Mills about the game. We’ve also learned that Bandai Namco are teaming up with the developer to help publish Cyberpunk 2077 in Europe.

Cyberpunk 2077 is being developed for PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Though the game currently doesn’t have an official release window, you can pre-order the title over at Amazon if you’ve been wooed by the game’s gameplay footage.
