We first learned about Paradox Interactive’s Crusader Kings II: Holy Fury expansion all the way back in May, but have not heard much about it since then. That changed today though, as the popular grand strategy game publisher released a new trailer for the Holy Fury expansion and revealed that it will launch for PC on November 13.

Holy Fury is a very religion-focused expansion, if you couldn’t tell from the title, fleshing out religion interactions and the crusading portions of the game. Pagan Warriors can now create lodges, which will grow in rank as they raid more and more. Features such as appointing sainthood, coronations, legendary bloodlines to give the descendants of warriors special bonuses have all also been added.

This is the latest expansion in a string of DLC that has kept Crusader Kings II alive and kicking since 2012, with the most recent addition being 2017’s Jade Dragon. Crusader Kings II isn’t the only Paradox game getting an expansion soon either, as Cities: Skylines – Industries was recently revealed and will be released later in October.

Below, you can watch the newest trailer for the Holy Fury expansion. Crusader Kings II is currently available on PC, with Crusader Kings II: Holy Fury poised to join the plethora of other expansions for the game on November 13.
