Bandai Namco Entertainment has released plenty of screenshots and information of its upcoming Souls-like action JRPG Code Vein, but one element still eludes the fans, and that’s the release date.

As of now, all we have is a generic “2018,” but this is going to change soon. Today the publisher teased on Twitter that a new trailer will launch on June 5th at 11:00 AM Japan Time, and it’ll announced the release date of the game.

What remains to be seen is whether the announcement will only be for Japan, or for the whole world. Bandai Namco has been quite good lately in announcing dates simultaneously or almost.

We also hear that the trailer will show plenty of event cutscenes, and the tweet included two images teasing just that. You can see them below.

If you want to see more while we wait, you can also enjoy the latest gallery of images, a recent trailer and another batch of screenshots. Recently, we got an update on development and on the developers’ ambitions to grow the game into a franchise.

Code Vein will release sometime in 2018 for PS4, Xbox One, and PC. If you’re interested, you can pre-order it on Amazon.
