Since its release, all the way back in 2015, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt has been highly praised as one of the greatest RPGs of all time. Its compelling and well-written narrative, including some incredible side quests, is one of its key attractions – not to mention those stunning landscapes as far as the eye can see. One of the game’s most memorable characters, Ciri, has always been a popular choice for cosplayers along with the stunning Yennefer.

As CD Projekt Red’s The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt joins GeForce NOW, let’s check out this great Ciri cosplay by Katssby.

Sophie, otherwise known as Katssby on social media, is a cosplayer and model. Throughout her career, Sophie has been the face of many characters that includes an incredible Queen of Pain from Dota 2 cosplay, Elizabeth from Bioshock and many more. This time, Katssby turns her talents to the Ciri, the deuteragonist and lead heroine of The Witcher franchise.

Wearing Ciri’s trademark ashen hair and that iconic scar across her cheek in which the character obtained after a member of the Imperial Secret Service threw an Orion at her, Katssby definitely has the princess down to a tee.

Ciri’s attire, unless she’s wearing armour, usually consists of a cotton white shirt with black leggings, black and dark brown leather trousers, finished off with a pair of leather knee-high boots and a leather corset. As you can see from the image, Katssby made sure to get Ciri’s sword just right. The sword named  Zireael is easily spotted due to the metal circle at the base of its handle.

The sword was given to Geralt by Master Ort at the now-abandoned Nilfgaardian Garrison at White Orchard and it can only be obtained if the so-called “good” ending of the game is achieved. The sword does no damage in combat as it is intended to be given to Ciri, as a fitting way to start her witcher career.

You can check out Katssby’s many other pictures over on Deviant Art or her personal Instagram which are both very NSFW!

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is available now on PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC, and the Complete Edition will be heading to next-generation platforms. If TV is more your thing, The Witcher is available to stream on Netflix now and if you wish, be sure to check out our own review for the Netflix series here as you wait to get a look at season two.
