Bad news for Nintendo Switch owners hoping they would be able to receive yet another port of a popular game: after contacting CD Projket Red, Eurogamer was able to confirm that, “There are no plans to release Thronebreaker on any other platforms than PC (GOG.COM), PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.”

This means that while trading card junkies can get their fix on PC and the two major home consoles, you won’t have much to look forward to in the way of Switch, iOS, or Android ports. Meanwhile Hearthstone has a slightly different approach, as it is currently available on PC and mobile devices. However neither appear to have any intentions of expanding into Nintendo’s area. With Thronebreaker on Nintendo Switch made null, the only card game fixes Nintendo Switch owners can receive on that platform is UNO and Spider Solitaire.

Thronebreaker: The Witcher Tales will be releasing tomorrow, October 23, 2018 for PC, followed by Xbox One and PlayStation 4 on December 4. It will release alongside the full 1.0 release of Gwent: The Witcher Card Game. Both were originally slated to release in 2017 but experienced a long delay.
